PJ Library Casting Call 

We’re thrilled you can join us for our PJ Family photoshoot!  

Please fill out the form below and select the time that works best for your family (2 families will be able to sign up for each timeslot).

Please note: while there will be no reimbursement, all photoshoot participants will receive:

• Digital copies of the professional photos.
• A token of thanks gift bag.
• The opportunity to be featured in PJ Library marketing materials. 

Light refreshments will be served throughout the day and lunch will be served starting at the 12:00 PM timeslot—kashrut observed.
