Birthright Israel Volunteer Trip for PJ Library Parents

 

Experience the magic of Israel—while making a real difference for communities in need! Leave the kids behind and join fellow parents from Toronto for a volunteer trip to this resilient country.  

 

We are hoping to gather a cohort for Toronto’s first ever Birthright Israel Volunteer Trip for PJ Library Parents. All PJ Library and PJ Our Way parents are eligible to join us.

 

You’ll spend a week immersed in Israeli life: 4–6 hours of daily volunteering, day trips around the country, a meaningful group Shabbat, and plenty of free time so you can explore the sights and sounds of Israel yourself.

 

Trip Details:

  • Planned dates: October 26–November 2, 2026
  • Fees: $2,500 for double occupancy (includes flight, hotel, daily breakfasts, and Shabbat dinner and lunch). A single occupancy option is available for an additional $700 fee.
  • Eligibility: PJ Library and PJ Our Way parents ages 18–50ish
